Installations Cable J-Y(St)Y



The cable is measured in wire diameter. Usual sizes are: 0.6 mm and 0.8 mm
(e.g. '2 x 2 x 0.6', '10 x 2 x 0.8').
The cores are twisted in pairs. The pairs are bundled in layers. One complete foil shielding around all pairs is supplied.

Two-Pair Cable:
Pair # Conductor A Conductor B
1 red black
2 white yellow
Multi-Pair Cable:
Counting starts with the pair RED-BLUE on the outer layer.
Conductor A of the first pair of every new layer is RED instead of WHITE, the layers of wire pairs are counted from the outside of the cable to the inside.
